UNSEALED: Prince Andrew forced an underage girl to have sex according to US court documents.

Prince Andrew, Duke of York has been accused of having sex with an underage girl according to Papers part of 2015 civil court case by girl, Virginia Roberts Giuffre, against Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. Jane Doe #3 known to be Virginia Roberts Giuffre, stated she was to “give the prince whatever he demanded and report back to him on the details of the sexual abuse”.

Dozens of new documents related to British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell’s alleged involvement in the Jeffrey Epstein case were released on Thursday night. Included in the release were emails exchanged between Maxwell and Epstein and testimonies by alleged victims, including Virginia Roberts Giuffre. Maxwell is being held in a Brooklyn jail after pleading not guilty to helping Epstein recruit and abuse underage girls from 1994 to 1997.

The story is trending on Twitter with the hashtag #EpsteinFiles. Newly-unsealed court documents claim.”Ghislaine Maxwell undressed Virginia Roberts and told her to lick Jeffrey Epstein’s nipples during first meeting when she was 15 and had ‘continuous’ orgies with young girls”

Virgina Roberts In separate testimony recounted ‘continuous’ orgies that Maxwell was involved in on Epstein’s private Caribbean island with underage girls.

When she was asked to describe the women she saw Maxwell have sexual encounters with, she responded: ‘There’s so many, I don’t know where you want me to start.’

‘There were blondes, there were brunettes, there were redheads. They were all beautiful girls. I would say the ages ranged between 15 and 21,’ she went on to state stated.

She claimed “Maxwell participated in sex sessions with them by a pool, near the beachfront, in small huts and in Epstein’s cabana”

‘One occasion stands out,’ she stated. ‘Models were, I think they were models, were flown in. There were orgies held outside by the pool.’

‘Jeffrey did a lot more of that than she did. But she definitely made it aware that we shouldn’t cross boundaries with them,’ she said.

‘So then Ghislaine told me that she wanted me to undress and began to take off my shirt and skirt, my white uniform from Mar-A-Lago, she also took off her shirt and got undressed, and so I was there with just my undies on, and she was completely bare…

“During all of this I’m like: “What’s going on, how do I act, what do I say.” I was so afraid of, not afraid or fearful for my life, but unsure of how all this started and wanting to obtain a profession, I was so afraid thinking about upsetting and disappointing them…

I was expected to lick [Epstein’s] nipples, instructed on how to do so by [Epstein] and give him oral sex while he wanted to fondle me, and then at the end, I was told by Ghislaine to get on top and straddle Jeffrey sexually…

‘When we were done, we went and had a shower in the room and Jeffrey told me to wash him up and down…’ “

Lawyers for Maxwell stated that by making her deposition public it could make it ‘difficult if not impossible’ to find an impartial jury for the criminal trial.

Maxwell, 58, has pleaded not guilty to helping Epstein recruit and eventually abuse three girls from 1994 to 1997, and committing perjury by denying her involvement under oath.

Last August Epstein was found hanged at age 66 in a Manhattan jail. He was to stand trial on sex trafficking charges for abusing girls and women in Florida and Manhattan between 2002 to 2005 of which he pleaded not guilty.

Maxwell, 58, has pleaded not guilty to helping Epstein recruit and eventually abuse three girls from 1994 to 1997.

Virginia Roberts claims that Bill Clinton, Al Gore, Naomi Campbell and Heidi Klum were among high-profile guests that Jeffrey Epstein entertained.

Clinton visited Little St James after his presidency ended as he ‘owed Epstein a favor’

‘He never told me what favors they were. I never knew. I didn’t know if he was serious,’

The former president stayed in Epstein’s private villa where ‘orgies were a constant thing,’ she claims.

Roberts went on to state that Vice President Gore was also a guest on Epstein’s plane, the Lolita Express, as were models Naomi Campbell and Heidi Klum.

She alleges that Orgies also took place on the jet.

She went on to state ‘There would be sexual conduct, there would be foreplay, there was a bed in there, so we could basically reenact exactly what was happening in the house,’

‘It would start off with massaging or we would start off with foreplay, sometimes it would lead to, you know, orgies.’

Chaos in Assange case management hearing

Attorney General William Barr issued a replacement extradition request just two days after Julian Assange’s defence team submitted their full and final evidence for the extradition hearing due in September, Westminster Magistrates court heard today (Friday 14th August).

The clear attempt to blindside the defence by US Attorney General William Barr emerged as the court heard Julian Assange has not even seen the warmed-over extradition request, which contains no new charges but introduces new narrative content that the defence argued should be excluded from the proceedings.

The defence argued the replacement indictment introduced alleged conduct from 2010 and 2011 which the US had investigated almost a decade ago, and could therefore not plausibly be argued to be new information to the US investigation.

The defence considered the move by the prosecution to bring in the replacement extradition request at the eleventh hour “astonishing”, given the case had been prepared over the course of one year and was well into substantive hearings which began in February.

The defence was given a week to decide whether to ask for the September hearing to be adjourned, or to proceed as planned on 7 September.

And that was only part of the chaotic hearing in which Belmarsh prison did not initially bring Assange to the video room to join proceedings, the US prosecution failed to turn up (having got the time of the hearing wrong), and every journalist and NGO observer that tried to dial-in was directed to another trial entirely and never made it into the Assange hearing.

That left a mere of handful of journalists that could gain access to the court to report proceedings.

‘This was the worst hearing so far’,

said Kristinn Hrafnsson, WikiLeaks’ Editor-in-chief . ‘The US government seem to want to change the indictment every time the court meet, but without the defence or Julian himself seeing the relevant documents’.

Even now Julian Assange has not been re-arrested under the replacement extradition request. Instead the re-arrest will take place on the first day of the hearings.

The reissued request appears to serve a PR purpose since it contains no new charges though still threatens Assange with 175 years in jail.

Julian Assange’s legal team have been denied in-person access to their client since March. Today was the first day Julian Assange was able to have a short video link meeting with his lawyers, prior to the hearing. Belmarsh prison denied Assange any facilities to talk to his lawyers after the hearing ended.

Julian Assange has not seen his family and young children since March.

Julian Assange’s extradition hearing is due to re-start on 7 September 2020 at the Old Bailey and is anticipated to last for at least three weeks.

Julian Assange is charged by the US administration for publications exposing war crimes and human rights abuses for which he faces a 175 years sentence.

Julian Assange’s lawyers have experienced a considerable difficulty communicating with their client. Speaking at a recent hearing, Edward Fitzgerald QC, said ‘We’ve had great difficulties in getting into Belmarsh to take instructions from Mr Assange and to discuss the evidence with him.’ Mr Fitzgerald continued: ‘We simply cannot get in as we require to see Mr Assange and to take his instruction.’

The UN working group on arbitrary detention issued a statement saying that “the right of Mr. Assange to personal liberty should be restored”.

Massimo Moratti of Amnesty International has publicly stated on their website that,

“Were Julian Assange to be extradited or subjected to any other transfer to the USA, Britain would be in breach of its obligations under international law.”

Human Rights Watch published an article saying, “The only thing standing between an Assange prosecution and a major threat to global media freedom is Britain. It is urgent that it defend the principles at risk.”

The NUJ has stated “US charges against Assange pose a huge threat, one that could criminalise the critical work of investigative journalists & their ability to protect their sources”.

Alabama Just Passed A Law To Castrate Child Sex Offenders

Alabama has made a decision to stand strong against convicted child molesters. Because most Americans agree that criminals who steal the innocence of children are among the worst of the worst, Alabama has decided to pass a chemical castration bill that would forever change any person convicted of an abhorrent sex crime against a child under the age of thirteen, which is a measure approved by most people across the state.

State Representative Steve Hurst, a Republican, introduced the bill. It was passed by the state legislature and was recently signed into law by Governor Kay Ivey. Because the state wants to make it abundantly clear that child molesters are not welcome, the law now requires that any child sex offenders over the age of 21 will be chemically castrated before they leave prison and entered society again.

“They have marked this child for life, and the punishment should fit the crime,” Hurst said.

The Republican hopes that this drastic punishment will make a would-be child molester think twice before committing such a heinous crime against the youth of the state.

Since the chemical castration of child molesters is now the law of the land for those living in Alabama, it was decided that the Alabama Department of Public Health would administer the chemicals that reduce or block the production of testosterone in the body.

While many support the harsh punishment of child molesters, others believe that the punishment is too intense, even for a convicted child molester.

State Rep. Juandallynn Givan believes that it should be reconsidered because the urge to molest a child is not usually physical but psychological.

“You have to deal with the mind of a predator,” she said. “You don’t worry about the physical body parts. You have to deal with what makes them do what they do.”

In other words, Givan believes that chemically castrating convicted child sex offenders might not do what the legislators hope it will do. Instead, there is a deeper problem, a psychological problem that motivates these predators to target children.

Chemical castration would begin one month before the convict is set to be released from prison. The treatments would continue until a court decides otherwise.

State Rep. Allen Treadaway was in support of the law.

“Any action that we can take against a child molester that would prevent them from ever committing this type of crime again, I support, including chemical castration. I think this bill is one of those steps to ensure public safety.”
